Security Officer aka Security Guard Certification Training
The Tall Guns Security Officer training is modular based allowing maximum flexibility for the needs of the client. This program is designed for the individual wishing to attain certification for various tools of the trade, the individual needing to re-certify or a security firm needing a structured training program for their team under a contract pricing scale.
We provide these courses to the individual seeking to enter the highly crucial security officer/guard career field or under contract to security service businesses.
Our client list includes private security firms, in-house security teams, educational site security teams, armed forces security augmentation contractors and dedicated security forces for governmental departments.
We are centrally located to the Front Range and Southern Wyoming. We are only 30 minutes from the northern side of the Denver Metropolitan area.
Our 4XX series of course for the non-firearm trained officer while our 9XX series is for the armed officer.
We train security guard personnel for licensing for all Colorado and Wyoming locations and various industries from educuation to national security oriented operations.
We are also City and County of Denver Department of Excise and License Approved Security Guard Trainer. We instruct a variety of programs for numerous locations and licensing authorities.

We also have specific programs for base and force protection personnel, power grid security and hostage program for you or your personnel.
We offer discounts to businesses contracting the service and for multiple attendees per session under those contracts. For established security firms we offer open account terms to facilitate the needs of payment processing of a larger enrerprise. This eliminates the needs to expedite payment processing prior to having your staff trained.
We accept credit cards also for course payment if that is your preferred option.
Security officer licensing is still conducted at the municipality, county or state level, but this training is used as part of the application process to demonstrate training proficiency.
